If you ever need to add/replace any sort of body part, you must follow these guidelines. This involves anything on the eyes, limbs ( including puppet limbs), etc. Like all other medical techniques and things involved in the general world of shinobi, this is a dangerous process and there is a chance that your character could die during this process.

If using a NPC to make the transplant:

4,000 words +

1,500 Ryo = 75% chance of success
2,000 Ryo = 80% chance of success
2,500 Ryo = 85% chance of success
3,000 Ryo = 90% chance of success
3,500 Ryo = 95% chance of success
4,000 Ryo = 100% chance of success

If using an IC Medic:

3,000 words + 2000 ryo ( go to the IC Medic. Post in the admin requests thread to notify of this and get the ryo transferred. )  +

B Rank Medic: 80% chance of success
A Rank Medic: 90% chance of success
S Rank Medic and above: 100% chance of success

* Medics lower than B rank cannot preform transplants.
* IC medics cannot charge additional fees you for your transplant.

Exceptions to the Standard Rules Stated Above:

~ Doujutsu (i.e. Sharingan, Byakugan, Chi no Me, etc) transplants: These cost 2x the normal chakra cost.
Events: If you receive a transplant as something that you have won in an event, that event is free from the normal risks that you would have to take. You also would not have to pay for it.
