Weird Clans??

I don't know what you think about it, but I was going to try and make some clans with rules that kind of bend the way most Naruto rpg sites do them? Such as actually having things that fucking change the way a character can be played rather than boost 2 stats?

In my case, I believe I have the vampire area covered for the Chi clan, but I can't seem to think of good ways I can change things up with Ninjutsu specialty and Genjutsu specialty. Perhaps a special form, or an ultimate jutsu? But even then, I feel as if something like Vampire would be a better option. Not specialty locked, but also not nothing at all? yeah that's cool man. just as long as the clan is balanced to the site it is okay.
