The Chi clan's Kekkei Genkai is one that takes multiple forms, each depending on the user's own personal body and specializations.

Kekkei Genkai Description: This pathogen empowers the users chakra. Their blood flows much faster through their body with a higher viscosity as well. As such, +1 tier of power for any Blood Ninjutsu.

Drawbacks: The ninja has hemophilia. These ninja tend to have bleeding episodes after injuries and bleeds that occur without obvious cause. As this is the case, they would bleed out twice as fast.

Stat Changes: +1 tier of power for Blood Ninjutsu, the ninja has hemophilia.

Requirements:The user must have Ninjutsu as a specialty.

The ninja with an affinity for Genjutsu usually have the violet pathogen within their body. This is an angry virus that eats away at the body as it continues. The Crimson faction refer to large groups of these people as Rot, as they tend to take up empty buildings. Not glamorous in the slightest, the Violets are still considered to be powerful in their own right. They have a +1 to their Chakra, always.

Some victims are not inclined to any special physical traits beside a sharper set of teeth. These ninja can see major arteries within their target's flesh as a glowing red pulse, and consume blood. They also gain a blood meter that may be used for jutsu alongside chakra for a boost. This maxium blood is equal to the amount of posts that are needed before feeding. The amount of blood needed for a jutsu should be listed within the jutsu's application. If not, there are base bonuses that may be applied to Blood Jutsu.

Drawbacks: Ninja with Vampirism must feed to refill their blood meter, whether it be on a human or animal. The topic must be 1000 words total.

Feeding Rules: When a ninja feeds, the thread that they join after that thread is finished does not use 1 blood from their meter. They're also refreshed the entire thread, which can be marked with an R. They gain half of their total in extra blood that must be used that thread. If the blood is not used, however, the user loses the extra blood from their meter.
    If the user feeds from a non-NPC character, they are filled up regardless of word count. This requires 1 pint of blood for every 500 words worth of blood, rounded down.

Requirements:The user must keep track of how often they need to feed, as well as manage the blood bar in general. The character application's RP Sample must be at least 200 words of feeding. Must also be approved by the creator. (Me <3) [1/x slots filled]

Okay so youre gonna still need to use chakra for jutsu. Add blood as something else see "Hozuki hydro points for example".

Notice that making the blood automatically go away is hurting you without really giving a boost. Just say you have 25 at genin, 50 at chuunin, 75 at spec. Jounin, 100 at jounin and 150 at s-rank. Have blood jutsu have a cost sort of like chakra. So if you were to do a blood tech that used ip 5 blood points, it would also use 10 chakra. Or something.

Blood == Element so it may be treated as such.

Vampirism is can be something that sets the clan aside in some way.

I'll say it would be cool if you could manipulate the blood, being able to inject it and kill just as well as sucking it out of someone to kill. Maybe you can change your blood type and shit too. I would make it so that you lose blood points when you lose blood, not every post.

I mean I agree but at the same time it's more something that is used in place of chakra as an original idea or as something for Vampirism jutsu that can boost it. Or for the KKG jutsu i was going to make vampirism specific
