Clan History: Since an unspecified time in the distant past, the Ōtsutsuki have been travelling through different dimensions seeking out worlds with the God Tree. Once they find such a world, they harvest the god trees' fruit so that they can use its chakra to gain power and prolong their lives. In the case of Momoshiki, Kinshiki, and Kinshiki's ancestors, they would remain on a world until the God Tree was dead and the world could no longer support life, at which point they would seek out a new one. In the case of Kaguya, she chose to settle on the world she found, Earth, and began fortifying it for whenever Momoshiki and the others would come for the fruit of Earth's God Tree.

Basically, they're mostly malignant space colonists.

Kekkei Genkai Description: Predecessor: The current Ootsutsuki are diverse in their abilities. In essence, each member has an ability that "precedes" all other types of ninjutsu. For example, Kaguya's Rinne-Sharingan, Toneri's Tenseigan, and Momoshiki's rather odd powers. Each member must app their own unique bloodline, or use one already in existence app'd by other Ootsutsuki clan members. Valid examples of this include the two aforementioned doujutsu, the empowered Shikotsumyaku, and Mokuton. Being the originators of sage mode chakra, they are capable of using senjutsu with the right spec.

Byakugan: All members of this clan have this base ability. Upon activation, the byakugan allows passive penetrating vision within a radius of 60 meters. It grants vision of chakra, and grants access to the gentle fist style for taijutsu users. It can see and visualize chakra, though it can't dissect it as well as the sharingan can. While activated, it grants +1 tier to reaction time.  
Drawbacks: Medical jutsu that are meant to heal the user that originate from an external source get -2 tiers of effectiveness. After all, the Ootsutsuki clan's body naturally absorbs chakra, since they are the origin of ninja, but this can be a disadvantage as well. Due to this "origin body" that they possess, they also cannot implant the inherent bloodlines of others (or if they do, it does nothing o3o).

Description: This jutsu goes on a stock system. The user has a stock of 8 impact like attacks, which travel in a cylinder from the user's palm, and are 4 meters in diamater. Each stock has a 1 post duration and all stocks run on a 3 post cooldown collectively. Each stock moves at 40 m/s. The attacks can be angled, and are light blue (so as to be visible).

Description: The user is able to imbue his will into objects, giving them purpose and life (for example, the creation of black zetsu). The user is able to turn any object into a living being, whether subservient or autonomous. This cannot be done in combat, as it requires a special sort of concentration on the user's part. Each lifeform created this way must be app'd by the user and approved by a moderator.

Ootsutsuki users of this technique can teach it to others. However, only clan members can use this jutsu to alter aspects of life already present (i.e. turning a spider into a scorpion etc.); each instance of this MUST be approved by a staff member.

Description: The user is able to teleport himself, this being the technique that the Ootsutsuki's used to move from planet to planet, draining the lifeforce as they went. The user is able to teleport himself up to 50 meters, but not inside an object, otherwise the jutsu shunts him to the nearest valid location. Upon learning this to S-rank, the user is able to extend the range out to about 5 AU, rendering him capable of teleporting slightly longer distances.
